sylwia krzemińska

Psychologist

For many years, I have been supporting adults and young people alike in building mental resilience, finding inner strength, and developing their potential. I combine my experience as a Chief People Officer and HR Director with my experience as a trainer, coach, and psychologist. I completed the one-year "Transformational Leader" coaching program and work with a Solution-Focused Therapy (TFT) approach. I also hold a Kids' Skills certificate, which I use to support children and adolescents in developing their skills and strengthening their sense of empowerment. I conduct training in both hard and soft skills, particularly those related to leadership, communication, team management, motivation, and mental resilience.

In my coaching and individual work, I focus on resources, providing support during times of stress, working under pressure, and building mental strength and inner balance. I believe that well-being and effectiveness can go hand in hand – and the key to change is authenticity, small steps, and actions taken in harmony with oneself. I create a safe space for conversation, reflection, and growth – always with mindfulness, empathy, and respect for individual pace and history.
